Today, the 2nd graders at Shanklin learned about respect and good citizenship. They eagerly shared examples of how to show kindness and respect to people, places, and even objects. Teaching the leaders of tomorrow to be good citizens one lesson at a time! #LulingPrepare

Elevating education! Today's highlight: witnessing dedicated staff immersed in professional learning sessions and honing their skills. Luling staff are passionate about growth and empowering students!

2024!!

Mrs. Kiely's fourth-grade ELAR students transformed letters to their loved ones into decorative ornaments. This creative approach seamlessly blended writing skills with a hands-on art project. What a fun way to begin winter break!

School's out for winter break! Time to trade textbooks for cozy blankets and tests for hot cocoa. Wishing everyone a restful and joyful break!

Shoutout to our talented HS student, Carolina Zuniga, who sprinkled holiday magic on our district Christmas card! Her talent is the perfect gift to spread joy and cheer. Happy Holidays!

What a cool collaboration between our ACE students at Shanklin and our Gerdes art students! ACE students drew a picture, and then our Gerdes art students created a popular stuffed figure called a Stuffiez. Today, the Gerdes art students visited Shanklin to deliver their amazing creations. #LulingEmpower #LulingInspire
