I grew up in Georgetown, TX as a very active kid who loved to be outdoors. After graduating from Georgetown High School, I attended The University of Texas at San Antonio with a scholarship to run track and cross country. I received my bachelor's degree in kinesiology and received my certificate to teach physical education.
My wife and I met in college, both running cross country. We got married shortly after graduating and now have two children and a dog. On the weekends I like to spend time with family, go to sporting events, workout, and spend time outdoors running, hiking, and swimming.
This is my third year teaching in Luling. I am also the head cross country and assistant track and field coach at the high school. Go Eagles!
